Hi, I’m Hannah Hoban—a REALTOR® with a Midwest heart and a mountain soul.
I moved to Colorado after graduating from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science, and it didn’t take long for me to fall head over hiking boots for the mountains, sunshine, and adventurous lifestyle. Now, I get to help others fall in love with this place too—by finding the perfect home to start their own Colorado story.
With over a decade of experience in customer service and a background in design and communication, I bring warmth, creativity, and a go-getter spirit to every transaction. Whether you’re buying your first home, relocating from out of state, or selling a place filled with memories—I’ll walk with you through every step, always putting your needs and goals first.

How I got started
People often ask me what led me to real estate—and the truth is, it started with a deep love for people, places, and the idea of home.
After graduating from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science, I packed up and moved to Colorado in search of a fresh start and new adventure. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted, but I knew I needed something that combined my creativity, my heart for helping people, and my drive to build something of my own.
As someone who has worked in service for years—bartending, managing, and making sure people felt seen and taken care of—I realized I wanted to keep serving people, just in a bigger way. I wanted to help people with life-changing decisions, not just day-to-day ones.
That’s when real estate found me. I started learning everything I could, leaning on mentors, studying hard, and passing my exams. The more I learned, the more I knew I was right where I was meant to be. Helping people navigate buying or selling a home feels like a perfect fit—part problem-solver, part cheerleader, part strategist, and all heart.
Now I get to guide others through the biggest transitions of their lives, and I don't take that lightly. This career has given me purpose, freedom, and a way to connect with my community in a meaningful way. And I’m just getting started.
